ROSEWOOD SANYA三亚瑰丽酒店

Rosewood Sanya will be located in the newest development in the destination, at Haitang Bay in southern Hainan Island, which will be an integrated resort surrounding the International Finance Forum convention center, Sanya’s largest such facility, opening 2017.Occupying 14 floors of a 46-storey building, Rosewood Sanya will feature 243 guestrooms at a minimum of 68 square meters (732 square feet) and all accommodations will be ocean-facing while one-third will include balcony plunge pools.

Rosewood Sanya will offer five restaurants: an all-day dining, lobby lounge, a poolside caf, an indoor/outdoor market-style seafood restaurant and a beachside restaurant and bar. Facilities will include Rosewood’s signature Sense spa, a 103-meter (337-foot) infinity-edge “sky pool,” a 130-meter (426-foot) swimming pool cascading to the edge of the beach, a fitness center and The Pavilion residential-style meeting and function space.

瑰丽酒店荣获保利地产委任，管理预计于2017年开幕的三亚保利瑰丽酒店。继北京瑰丽酒店之后，彰显度假享受的三亚保利瑰丽酒店将成为品牌于中国境内第二家公布的新酒店项目，为现有位于加勒比、大西洋、美国和墨西哥的酒店以及位于泰国和印尼的发展中项目，增添一位新成员。 

三亚保利瑰丽酒店将被匠心设计为世外桃园度假酒店，座落于海南岛南面的**新旅游点海棠湾，环抱酒店连同会议中心将为三亚**大的财经论坛中心。

酒店设有高速升降机，瞬间即可把宾客送到私密的大堂吧，俯瞰一览无遗的海棠湾壮丽景色。三亚保利瑰丽酒店将占用楼高46层大厦之其中14层，提供243间客房，面积**小的客房类型宽达68平方米（732平方尺），属三亚区内**宽阔的酒店房间类型之一。酒店内所有客房均设有海景，当中三分之一房间的露台更设有泳池。酒店所处的整体度假项目占地面积达16公顷。

位于13楼的无边“天际游泳池” 长达103米（337尺），让宾客在宁静私密的空间饱览南中国海的环迥景致。宾客亦可于另一个连接着广阔沙滩，长达130米（426尺）的游泳池畅泳。

酒店设有五间各具特色的餐厅与酒廊，包括全日餐厅、大堂吧、游泳池畔咖啡厅、设有户外座位的市集式海鲜餐厅，以及临海沙滩餐厅及酒吧。其他设施包括瑰丽**的Sense水疗中心、健身房及具住宅风格的会议与活动场所The Pavilion。
